Enhanced accessibility for map interactivity

Users can now interact with the map without having to click and drag the map itself.
Per WCAG success criterion 2.5.7 (dragging movements), we've improved the interactive map experience by providing methods for the user to move and interact with the map without having to click and drag on the map itself. Try it out yourself!
